Site Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for a focused and meticulous Site Supervisor to oversee retail fit-out and interior construction projects. The selected individual will ensure onsite tasks are performed with top-notch quality, accuracy, and on schedule.

Primary Duties

• Maintain a consistent onsite presence every day to monitor contractors' activities, ensuring productivity and adherence to timelines.
• Guarantee that all structural and decorative work strictly follows the approved design blueprints.
• Confirm use of approved materials per design specifications, bills of quantities, and estimates while upholding premium finishing standards.
• Conduct accurate preliminary site measurements for new stores before the design phase and accurately prepare files using AutoCAD.
• Manage and coordinate several construction projects at once, effectively prioritizing responsibilities.

Required Expertise

• Agile in moving efficiently across multiple project sites without affecting supervision quality.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel or relocate between various cities in Saudi Arabia such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam according to project demands.
• Strong attention to detail in assessing premium materials and luxury finishes including wood, acrylic, gypsum, glass, and LED systems to ensure compliance with luxury standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage contractors firmly yet professionally, document meetings, and escalate concerns as necessary.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of documented experience in retail fit-out and interior construction supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Proven proficiency and mandatory expertise in AutoCAD software.
