Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Site Foreman to become part of our dynamic project team at Dublin Airport. This role involves managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that work proceeds safely, punctually, and meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete snag lists efficiently.
• Guarantee that the final build quality aligns with customer expectations.
• Ensure all project completion deadlines are achieved.
• Assist with coordinating plant and material requirements and provide progress updates to Site Managers.
• Verify that work meets required standards and conduct inspections of subcontractor output.
• Effectively prioritize tasks to maintain timely workflow.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably holds a trade background.
• Familiarity with current building regulations and certification criteria.
• Experienced in large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Self-motivated and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Capable of working independently with initiative.
• Exhibits a strong sense of ownership and accountability for responsibilities.
