Job Responsibilities
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM platform architecture, configuration procedures, and integration techniques.
- Develop and tailor workflows, business objects, and scripts within the Siebel environment.
- Create and maintain software applications leveraging Siebel CRM technologies that align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and comprehend business needs.
- Produce detailed technical design documents and specifications.
- Carry out unit and integration testing on software applications to ensure functionality and quality.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance and resolve issues related to software applications.
- Update and sustain existing Siebel CRM applications as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 10 years of experience with Siebel CRM development.
- Strong command over SQL and other relevant scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) for connecting disparate systems.
- Ability to analyze problems effectively and deliver solutions promptly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a minimum qualification of any graduate degree.
Work Location
The position is based in Hyderabad, India, with other possible locations including Mumbai and Bangalore.
