Overview

We are looking for a welcoming and enthusiastic Shop Staff member to join our team at Morya in Pune, Maharashtra. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling food items like ice cream and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and deliver outstanding service with a positive attitude.
• Serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the cash register to process cash and credit transactions smoothly.
• Ensure the shop, including counters, equipment, and seating areas, remains clean and tidy.
• Monitor and replenish stock of supplies and ingredients regularly.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a friendly and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-moving environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player.
• Previous experience in food service or retail is beneficial but not mandatory.
