About the Role
As a Shop Manager at Sephora in Riyadh, you will report directly to the Retail Supervisor, steering the client experience and driving sales performance aligned with Sephora's distinct brand values and DNA. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an extraordinary client experience adhering to Sephora's standards, cultivating customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Guide and educate customers by recommending products tailored to their individual needs and skin types.
- Support in training the store team about new products through demonstrations and explanations.
- Exemplify Sephora's grooming policies by maintaining an impeccable appearance and positive body language, serving as a role model.
- Employ effective selling strategies (Sephora Attitude) to maximize each customer's purchase value.
- Assist in achieving monthly store sales targets and contribute to commercial and operational KPIs.
- Focus efforts on meeting the store's service-related performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's operational policies and procedures.
- Support merchandising operations including product displays, testers, pricing, promotional setups, cash desk, stockroom, and beauty equipment aligned with Sephora standards.
- Provide assistance in various departments such as cash operations and other support areas as required.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product replenishment to uphold store image quality.
- Contribute to audit improvements by addressing identified issues.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending Sephora University training sessions and utilizing the digital 360 e-learning platform.

- A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in sales roles.
