Services Senior Manager - Business Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize the short- and long-term revenue, profitability, and cash collection by ensuring timely and flawless delivery of services within our Pressure Pumping segment. This position involves managing complex operational activities and developing innovative solutions for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to company non-negotiables and cultural principles in all activities.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and maintain direct communication with customers to understand forecasted activities.
• Assign appropriate resources to ensure on-time and flawless execution aligned with volume demands.
• Ensure the team comprehends contracts and quotes related to their job portfolio thoroughly.
• Guide team development through competency-based training and align career growth plans.
• Manage budgets and profit/loss statements relevant to the assigned area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• Over 14 years of experience within the oilfield services industry.
• Proven expertise specifically in Cementing business operations.
• At least three years of experience in sales with demonstrated success in driving business growth.
• Experience leading large teams of 80 or more personnel.
• Track record of successfully implementing initiatives focused on cost reduction, project optimization, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams in a global matrix environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem solver and initiator.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influence skills to lead teams effectively.
