Job Overview
We are seeking motivated freshers, preferably diploma holders, to join our team as Service Technicians specializing in Xerox and printing machines. This full-time position in Chennai involves installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various Xerox printing equipment. Candidates will receive practical training and support to develop technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and servicing of Xerox and printing machines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and perform basic troubleshooting tasks.
- Detect and resolve technical issues under guidance.
- Visit client sites for installation, maintenance, and repair duties as needed.
- Support senior technicians during service appointments.
- Gain knowledge of machine components, electrical systems, and technical functions.
- Maintain detailed service records and report issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols while operating equipment.
- Enhance skills through on-the-job training opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; diploma holders in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields preferred.
