About the Role
Join Oxygen Digital Shop as a Service Executive responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic gadgets. This role demands expertise in chip-level and component-level repairs as well as replacement of defective parts including displays, motherboards, batteries, and connectors. Ensuring adherence to brand and company quality standards during repairs is paramount.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed diagnosis and repair of electronic devices such as mobile phones and laptops.
- Carry out chip-level and component-level repair tasks where necessary.
- Replace faulty components while maintaining high quality standards.
- Document job details, used parts, and repair progress accurately within the O2 Care system.
- Handle customer devices carefully to prevent any damage or loss of data.
- Support software-related tasks including updates, data backup, and formatting.
- Collaborate closely with the service coordinator for tracking pending jobs, spare parts availability, and handling escalations.
- Ensure all repaired devices are delivered to customers within the committed turnaround time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment including tools and service areas.
Requirements
- Minimum educational requirement is ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or an equivalent qualification.
- Preference for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in mobile or laptop repair roles.
- Prior service center experience with branded products is advantageous.
- Age between 20 to 40 years.
- Experience range is from 0 up to 3 years.
Location
Position is based in Palai, Kerala, India.
