Based in Chennai and established in 1960, the company also operates in areas such as diesel engines and engineering plastics.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive after-sales service and support for tractors, farm machinery, and other agricultural equipment.
- Perform on-site field visits to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of services rendered, parts utilized, and labor time charged.
- Work closely with internal departments to address complex technical problems and escalate issues when required.
- Complete assigned service tasks promptly while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
