Job description
Role Overview
This permanent full-time position based in Swords, County Dublin involves servicing a variety of customers by delivering excellent service through problem-solving, installation, fitting, collection, and exchange of units/products. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales while achieving company targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate professionally to fulfill all customer service requests using company vehicles.
- Consistently communicate with service management by providing updates and feedback on service requests to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Confirm that all products and stock supplied to customers are appropriate and meet required standards.
- Collaborate in devising route plans for new customer service needs.
- Comply strictly with company Health and Safety policies.
- Maintain high standards to ensure customer expectations are always met or surpassed.
Qualifications and Capabilities
- Possession of a full, clean Irish or EU driving license is essential.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload within deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Keen attention to detail and maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and a positive, can-do mindset.
