About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric Service Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This dynamic position demands strong organizational abilities, clear communication, and problem-solving aptitude to support the seamless management of service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee weekly scheduling for service technicians and coordinate the daily tasks of service engineers.
- Plan and supervise service schedules to maximize efficiency and optimal use of available resources.
- Handle customer communications professionally through phone and email, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries.
- Track and report on team productivity and overall service performance metrics.
- Coordinate project timelines and monitor progress to reliably predict completion dates for major projects.
- Ensure all required customer documentation, such as Risk Assessments, are delivered prior to work commencement.
- Keep precise service records, updating all job-related data systematically.
- Manage invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee smooth service operations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts while upholding quality service standards.
