Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-acceptance inspections of vehicles, noting any body damage, valuables, or accessories, and validate these with customers.
- Contribute to achieving Gross Dealer Income (GDI) and boost customer retention by exemplifying professionalism in customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Chief Technician to ensure repairs meet customer requirements through effective job scheduling, initial diagnostics, and final vehicle inspections.
- Clearly communicate repair details, costs, and timelines with customers, accurately diagnosing vehicle issues via all communication channels.
- Provide customers with updates on vehicle repair progress and seek approvals for additional parts or repairs, minimizing unnecessary part replacements.
- Foster a guest-centric and quality-first mindset among the service team to uphold high standards in after-sales service and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely delivery of required components for repairs, facilitating prompt vehicle handover.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-service to address complaints or concerns, escalating to the Workshop Floor Manager when necessary.
- Enhance customer trust and satisfaction by adhering strictly to service operation standards.
- Confirm repair agreements with customers to align with their expectations and reinforce confidence in service quality.
- Oversee proper job documentation and vehicle status updates in computerized systems for productivity tracking.
- Ensure quality control policies are enforced by the Chief Technician to preserve company integrity and brand reputation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service-related role within the automotive sector.
- Proficient in time management, monitoring team performance, active learning, and stress management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (listening and questioning) to identify customer needs and promote the dealership’s services effectively.
- High level of judgment, decision-making capability, and social perceptiveness.
- Problem sensitivity and inductive reasoning skills to anticipate and recognize issues early.
- Solid automotive and technical knowledge including pre-diagnostic questioning and troubleshooting.
- Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database management.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
- Service Advisor Level 2 certification is required.

The role operates under limited authority with monthly oversight on sales targets, focusing on customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score) and adherence to company standards and safety protocols. The incumbent directly influences parts handling, workload distribution, and ensures compliance with quality policies.
