Role Overview

Join Ashburton Toyota as a full-time Service Advisor working 40 hours per week in Ashburton, Canterbury. This role provides an opportunity to work with a leading and trusted vehicle brand in New Zealand, engaging daily with a diverse range of customers within an upbeat team environment. The position reports directly to the Service Manager and is focused on maximizing customer satisfaction and achieving workshop goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting customers upon arrival at the service reception.
• Advising clients on available service and repair options suitable for their vehicles.
• Scheduling service technicians' workload efficiently.
• Preparing and managing invoices for all repair work completed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience or background in the automotive industry is beneficial but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must have a valid right to work in New Zealand.
• Possession of a full and clean New Zealand driver's licence.
