Role Overview
Cross Sphere Partners is searching for a skilled SEO Specialist to join their Client Service Team in North Sydney, NSW. This full-time, permanent role reporting to the Operations Manager focuses on enhancing organic search visibility, driving lead generation, and aiding client acquisition through strategic SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute extensive SEO plans aligned with company and client objectives.
- Perform thorough keyword research, competition evaluation, and identify content opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, on-page factors, metadata, and internal linking to boost search rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix crawl errors, enhance loading speed, and improve mobile usability.
- Oversee off-site SEO efforts such as link-building, digital public relations, and local SEO campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Coordinate with Client Service Team to ensure SEO complements overall client experience and retention plans.
- Keep updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust tactics accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years practical SEO experience, ideally within agencies, B2B, or service-oriented companies.
- Proven expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and Webflow.
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS basics relevant to SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical aptitude, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
- Ability to juggle several projects and effectively present SEO results to internal teams.
