Role overview
This contract role is for a senior virtual assistant focused on operations and executive support. It is a remote position with an hourly rate of $60.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee demanding calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate schedules across different time zones.
- Prepare, review, and manage executive emails, written communications, and briefing materials.
- Carry out online research and turn the findings into short, useful summaries and recommendations.
- Monitor action items, project tasks, and follow-ups to help keep work moving to completion on schedule.
- Assist with model research and evaluation processes by checking outputs, recording observations, and following defined workflows.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information by handling it with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Prior background in executive assistance, virtual assistance, operations coordination, or administrative support.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills at a professional level.
- Experience supporting executives, founders, consultants, or other senior business leaders.
- Comfort using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, ClickUp, or similar software.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to confidential information.
