Role overview
This is a full-time remote executive position focused on shaping the company’s long-range strategic agenda. The role is centered on setting direction, identifying growth paths, and ensuring the business remains scalable and financially healthy.
What you will do
- Lead recurring strategic planning efforts and help define the organization’s future priorities.
- Study market movement and industry signals to uncover new expansion opportunities, especially across subscription and bulk food service offerings.
- Partner with senior leaders to align company objectives, improve operating models, and support sustainable growth.
- Oversee digital transformation initiatives that improve service quality, customer experience, and data-based decision-making.
- Track key performance measures and use them to guide strategic adjustments.
