Position Overview

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the company’s strategic operational planning and daily management. This position involves directing production, coordinating supply chain functions, optimizing processes, managing teams, and enhancing operational efficiency, all to maintain robust operational systems and support global business growth within the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medium and long-term strategies for operational enhancement and management systems.
• Refine the corporate operating structure to maximize overall efficiency.
• Lead the execution of the organization's global operations and business growth plans.
• Create standardized processes to boost organizational performance.
• Supervise the end-to-end operations of jewelry design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and delivery.

• Drive digital transformation and upgrading of supply chain and operational platforms.

Qualifications

• 20 to 25 years of demonstrated experience in operations or related fields.
• At least 8 years in senior leadership positions such as Director, Operations Director, Vice President, or above.
• Preferred background in operational frameworks within jewelry, luxury, manufacturing, or high-end consumer goods industries.
• Experience with global supply chain management, production operations, or international enterprise leadership is advantageous.
• Strong strategic planning, operational oversight, team leadership, and execution skills.
