Position Summary

The Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence leads the advancement of operational efficiency and process improvements across the company. This role is accountable for establishing and managing operational excellence frameworks, guiding digital transformation, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing execution capabilities to reduce costs, elevate efficiency, standardize operations, and support sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for operational excellence and formulate annual enhancement initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Create enterprise-wide operational management systems and standardize business processes to promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous progress.
• Implement operational metrics systems to track performance, derive insights through data analysis, and drive continual improvements to meet targets.
• Lead cost optimization efforts by analyzing input-output relationships and designing projects to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Champion digital transformation by integrating data analytics and automation tools to streamline operational workflows and promote innovation.
• Coordinate with departments including business, finance, technology, and HR to implement operational improvements and ensure strategic objectives translate into effective actions.
• Manage and develop a high-performing operational excellence team, fostering professional growth and a culture of ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• More than 20 years of experience in corporate operations, process optimization, or business transformation.
• 8 to 15+ years of senior-level management experience.
• Proven expertise in establishing operational systems within large organizations.
• Knowledge of operations management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPR preferred.
• Strong skills in data analytics, strategic planning, and execution leadership.
• Experience in managing cross-regional and multi-business operations is advantageous.
