Role Overview

Serve a pivotal function in the advancement and incorporation of financial systems at Qiddiya Investment Company, enhancing operational workflows and precision in financial reporting.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with IT and finance departments to guarantee smooth integration and utilization of new financial technologies across diverse organizational sectors.
• Design and implement comprehensive training initiatives to empower finance personnel for effective system use and understanding.
• Supervise ramp-up phases, including user acceptance testing, training sessions, and preparation of supportive documentation to ensure successful technology adoption.
• Lead targeted projects to refine the finance technology environment, aligning efforts with corporate strategies and goals.
• Monitor implementation progress, resolve challenges, and sustain transparent communication lines with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate system integration to boost data accuracy and accessibility for superior financial reporting.
• Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks to offer stakeholders real-time performance indicators.
• Champion change management efforts to enhance user engagement and embrace of new finance platforms.
• Identify potential process optimizations and suggest system advancements through user insights and industry standards.
• Remain informed on emerging finance technologies and contribute to molding them to organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Possession of a relevant finance accreditation such as CPA, ACCA, or ACA, or substantial experience within a significant finance function.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related discipline is imperative.
• SAP certification is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with finance system deployments and upgrades, particularly involving ERP solutions.
• Robust project management capabilities and aptitude for productive teamwork with multifaceted groups.
