Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Compensation and work setup

The package for this position is $150k to $170k base, plus superannuation and bonus. The role follows a hybrid arrangement with 3 days each week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable full stack applications
• Develop user-facing interfaces in React, backend services in Node.js, and supporting AWS infrastructure
• Champion engineering standards and help shape architectural choices
• Support and coach junior team members to strengthen overall capability
• Work closely with Product, UX, and other technical partners
• Contribute to both day-to-day delivery and the ongoing evolution of the platform
