About the Role
At Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, we are seeking a knowledgeable Senior Relationship Officer to nurture and expand our portfolio of Affluent and Super Affluent clients in Kochi, Kerala. This position focuses on cultivating enduring client relationships and driving growth in assets under management (AUM) by delivering customized wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, utilizing existing contacts and purposefully attracting new clientele.
- Drive the expansion of AUM by offering tailored investment and wealth advisory services aligned with clients' financial goals.
- Provide expert advice on portfolio management strategies, financial planning, and appropriate investment options suited to client needs.
- Identify opportunities for business development and continuously grow the client base through targeted acquisitions.
- Remain informed about evolving market trends and work closely with the Research and Certified Financial Planner teams to recommend customized investment approaches.
- Coordinate and host client-focused events such as seminars and workshops to enhance engagement and foster business growth.
- Meet predefined objectives related to client acquisition, AUM increase, revenue targets, and overall client satisfaction.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 30,000 and 60,000 INR.
