We seek an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established Business Support desk located in Galway. The role emphasizes driving business growth through proactive client engagement across private, public, and third sectors while mentoring and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate new business by cultivating client relationships through outreach calls, site visits, networking events, and entertaining prospective clients.
• Recruit, interview, and place talented professionals aligned with client needs.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, fostering trust-based connections.
• Oversee the entire offer process to successful completion.
• Share market insights, leads, and resources within the team to enhance collective results.
• Achieve and surpass agreed sales targets, actively supporting team objectives.
• Maintain customer-centric approach by identifying market trends and proposing strategic solutions tailored to client goals.

• Demonstrated success as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, preferably within temporary professional services or a related sector.
• Strong business development skills accompanied by proven client relationship management experience.
