Senior Product Manager - Smart Campaign

Position Overview

Join Snoonu as a Senior Product Manager to lead the Smart Campaigns team, taking full ownership of the strategy, product roadmap, research, and execution for the company's promotions platform. This includes both internal campaign tools and the customer engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement the Smart Campaigns product vision and strategic plan.
• Balance immediate commercial priorities with strategic platform development investments.
• Use customer feedback, analytics, and business impact assessments to prioritize features and initiatives.
• Ensure all significant product launches have clear go-to-market strategies and defined success metrics.
• Lead multifaceted projects involving Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Data departments to align objectives and drive results.
• Serve as the principal product liaison for campaign-centric projects throughout the business.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Translate complex challenges into precise specifications to allow efficient design and engineering execution.
• Collaborate with engineering on sophisticated backend-driven systems, making informed design trade-offs.
• Manage both backend campaign management tools and customer-facing promotional features to ensure scalability and minimize unnecessary complexity.
• Utilize A/B testing and other data-driven approaches to validate product decisions and enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Proven background in developing growth-focused products where success is measured in business impact rather than merely feature delivery.
• Experience successfully managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Familiarity with intricate technical products heavily reliant on backend systems.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management with the ability to influence multiple teams across the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Self-driven with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Adaptable fast learner who can embrace new industries and welcomes constructive feedback.
