Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who actively integrates AI tools into the design process to accelerate concept exploration, validate ideas swiftly, and deliver intuitive, commercially effective design solutions for sophisticated workflows. This position sits within our Product and Design team, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product to own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and set a higher standard for design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects end-to-end, leveraging AI to speed up early exploration and reduce documentation time.
• Translate business needs, technical constraints, and customer insights into straightforward, user-centered designs.
• Ensure design outcomes are measurable and tied to customer impact and business success.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate design thinking into strategy and triad problem-solving.
• Drive and enhance Ansarada's design system and best practices, contributing to its health and usability.
• Mentor junior designers, elevating team design quality and confidence.
• Engage directly with customers to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback for continuous iteration.
• Advocate customer experience in all stakeholder communications and clarify complex processes.
• Share innovative AI-driven design workflows, insights, and experiments with the broader team.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 5 years of product design experience, showcasing complex interaction design, visual design, and a user-centered approach.
• Demonstrated success working in product triads or cross-functional teams with a solid grasp of product lifecycle and design-business impact connections.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and shaping design strategies.
• Familiarity with design systems, contributing to or evolving them.
• Committed to security compliance, including regular ISO27001 security training and policies.
• Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Figma AI, seamlessly integrated into everyday design tasks.
• Ability to balance AI-driven efficiencies with strong instincts, craftsmanship, and empathy.
