About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can shape meaningful product experiences and turn complex user needs into clear, effective solutions. This role sits in a fast-moving, scaling environment where you will partner with different teams to create polished designs that are practical, user-focused, and built to scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process for key product initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Plan, rank, and execute design tasks in a rapidly changing, high-growth setting.
- Work side by side with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems and align on solutions.
- Use user insights, product data, and established design principles to guide decisions.
- Create simple, scalable user journeys with strong attention to both usability and visual quality.
- Help improve the design system and refine internal design workflows.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of product design experience, supported by a strong portfolio showing UX and UI work for web and mobile products.
- Background in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and multiple stakeholders are involved.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for product quality and results.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with design systems.
- Advantageous if you have worked on fintech or B2B products.
