Core accountabilities
- Study large, complex marketing datasets to uncover trends, drivers, and root causes across SEM, SEO, and AI-based acquisition channels.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual analytics outputs, including Tableau-based materials, to help marketing leaders make informed decisions.
- Develop forecast models, apply statistical methods, and run experiments to assess campaign performance and optimize budget allocation.
- Set and harmonize marketing metrics so they reflect business priorities and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
- Convert analytical findings into clear recommendations that strengthen conversion, efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Track the full marketing funnel and associated data flow from acquisition through revenue to improve visibility and optimization.
- Use generative AI tools to streamline analytics work, automate reporting, and evaluate performance in AI-driven search channels.
- Work closely with marketing, data, and business partners to align priorities and support strategic initiatives.
Required experience and capabilities
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or Economics.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
- A minimum of 2 years in consulting or analytical operations settings.
- Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, and AI-driven or generative search marketing channels.
- Solid SQL skills, along with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Working knowledge of R, Python, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
- Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for analytics or automation.
- Ability to connect insights to business strategy, financial impact, and operational results.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytics for non-technical audiences.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the confidence to question assumptions and spot gaps.
