Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will actively contribute to various project streams, translating client objectives into actionable deliverables. Collaborating closely with clients in real estate, hospitality, and tourism, you will help formulate and implement strategic plans. Your projects will generally encompass long-term strategy roadmaps, feasibility analyses, concept ideation, usage optimization, destination and tourism product development, growth and market expansion strategies, valuation work, transaction support, due diligence, business transformation, and greenfield ventures.

Role Expectations and Attributes

You will lead engagements that include shaping visions, concepts, and business plans for significant regional developments. Advising clients throughout the real estate lifecycle, you will operate in areas like feasibility, transaction advisory, operator selection, acquisition processes, and performing valuations aligned with strategic needs. Coaching junior colleagues, ensuring high-quality outputs, and maintaining strong client relations are also important responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution with remarkable academic results.
• Minimum eight years of experience in strategy-focused roles, preferably within Real Estate Consulting, Private Equity, or Real Estate Development.
• Certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or RICS are advantageous.
• Substantial exposure to commercial real estate, hospitality, or tourism sectors, with emphasis on strategy development, acquisitions, due diligence, valuation, loan underwriting, asset management, finance, or market research.
• Strong business acumen coupled with a strategic mindset and excellent analytical aptitude, particularly in valuation and financial analysis.
• Effective organizational and time management skills suited for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Availability and readiness to travel within the MENA region as needed.
