Senior Manager of Public Policy, MENA

The Senior Manager of Public Policy for the MENA region, based in Riyadh, will lead and execute strategies engaging key policymakers, stakeholders, and influencers to support Roblox's goals and compliance in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with political figures and policymakers across MENA.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret policy developments affecting Roblox’s operations within the region.
• Design and implement public policy initiatives aligned with Roblox’s strategic objectives.
• Support broader public policy projects and team activities.
• Advise internal teams on policy implications for product development and business processes.
• Communicate Roblox’s policy positions through briefings and formal consultation responses.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in fields like Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or similar disciplines.
• Over ten years’ experience collaborating with policymakers and stakeholders within the MENA region.
• Comprehensive understanding of MENA’s policy-making and public opinion landscape.
• Proven expertise in intelligence gathering, strategic planning, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Additional Information

This position requires on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday, with Monday and Friday attendance optional.
