As a Senior Interview Engineer at Terminal, you will conduct technical interviews for software developers globally. Your role entails fostering equitable hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing the quality of candidate evaluation, and ensuring objective assessments. These competencies are vital for building and managing effective engineering teams in various organizations, from startups to established companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews using Terminal's platform, providing candidates with a positive and professional experience while assessing fundamental coding abilities and technical expertise.
• Offer detailed feedback on candidates' performance, including coding style, communication capabilities, answers to technical questions, and problem-solving strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Terminal to evaluate and improve interview content, operational processes, and platform features.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years' experience as a Software Developer or Engineer, preferably skilled in Java or Python.
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by professional and interpersonal aptitude.
• Possession of reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection for remote interview facilitation.
• Previous experience conducting technical interviews focused on data structures and algorithms is considered an advantage.
• Educational background in Computer Science—Bachelor's or Master's degree—is strongly preferred.
