Job Overview and Responsibilities
We seek a skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity—someone who goes beyond simple design by conceptualizing, experimenting, and delivering fresh, thoughtful, and brand-aligned ideas. This role involves crafting eye-catching graphics for diverse platforms including digital channels and physical materials. Your work will span social media content, email marketing assets, packaging, decals, and other brand-related collateral. The position requires understanding that excellent design communicates clearly and effectively, merging aesthetics with functionality.
- Produce creative assets for digital and physical mediums such as packaging and print collateral
- Design compelling visuals for social media campaigns, paid advertising, and email direct marketing (EDMs)
- Interpret briefs into innovative and consistent on-brand creative solutions
- Experiment with layouts, ideas, and new creative directions
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to activate campaigns visually
- Maintain uniformity and quality across all brand visuals
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum five years of professional graphic design experience
- Proven expertise in digital-first design including social media, advertising, and email campaigns
- Experience in print design and packaging preferred
- Familiarity with creative AI tools like MidJourney, Firefly, or Runway is advantageous but not mandatory
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Keen eye for layout, design aesthetics, and storytelling through visuals
- Proactive, detail-conscious, and highly creative mindset
- Capability to balance artistic creativity with results-oriented design
