About the Role
Nykaa is seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This full-time onsite position is pivotal in driving targeted traffic, boosting conversions, and enhancing revenue across Nykaa's digital platforms. The position focuses primarily on managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising initiatives across Google channels (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that are aligned with overarching marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to attract relevant visitors.
- Continuously track and improve campaign metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS through A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and target audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment and impact.
- Generate detailed performance reports utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Meta Insights, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with analytics teams for comprehensive data analysis and performance refinement.
- Coordinate efforts with creative, product, and category teams to ensure marketing messaging consistency and provide feedback for creative enhancements.
- Stay informed on the latest industry developments, platform enhancements, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Proficient in campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting using Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or Branch.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insights, and apply optimization tactics effectively.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and managing strategic partnerships is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
