Role Overview

The franchise department focuses on recruiting new franchisees, managing store franchising and expansions, and renewing existing franchise agreements. This role aims to drive growth by expanding the franchise base and facilitating new store openings in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new franchisees, including interviewing candidates and selecting store locations.
• Ensure franchisees receive proper training and resources for profitable store operations.
• Conduct public presentations about franchising opportunities.
• Respond to public inquiries related to franchising.
• Advise current franchisees on expansion plans and manage franchise agreement renewals.
• Handle financial and contractual questions professionally and provide operational support.
• Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with franchisees through regular store visits and engagement activities.
• Implement strategic departmental goals and monitor performance metrics.
• Perform financial analyses and provide projections on franchise financial viability.
• Support monthly management reporting and annual budgeting processes.
• Maintain and update franchise financial performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance Shared Service to facilitate timely collection of franchise-related payments.
• Organize events such as Chinese New Year and franchisee engagement sessions.
• Develop and improve existing and new franchise models when required.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years experience in relevant industries or areas.
• Possess tertiary education, preferably in business-related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Numerically proficient with sound commercial awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and solution-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments and external parties.
• Proficient in business presentations, negotiation, and interpersonal communications.
