Dangote Industries Limited welcomes a Senior Contracts Administration Officer to join its team based in Ndola, Copperbelt Province, Zambia.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Ensure full adherence and proper tracking of outsourced labour contracts as specified in agreements.
- Assist the Administration function with general administrative duties and contribute to business strategy development.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of intricate and non-standard contracts, including terms and conditions for all third-party labour agreements.
- Coordinate recruitment processes for third-party contract personnel by liaising with Heads of Departments and external management.
- Verify that all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and procurement standards.
- Manage and monitor third-party labour contractors effectively.
- Oversee the accuracy and validation of vendor invoices for timely payment processing.
- Generate service entry sheets for outsourced labour to ensure prompt payments through persistent follow-ups with internal controls.
- Track manpower levels for outsourced staff and prepare monthly reports for Heads of Sections alongside the HR department.
- Supervise contract amendments, renewals, and terminations to avoid unwanted automatic renewals.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of public conveniences at DCP in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Schedule stakeholder engagement meetings and provide management with monthly reports summarizing outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, legal representatives, and external contractors to resolve issues and synchronize requirements.
- Support the Administration Manager in daily operational activities and perform additional assigned responsibilities.
