Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in HR Strategy & Operations to help organizations strategically redesign and future-proof their HR functions. Our team empowers HR by combining thorough strategic and process consulting, profound technology expertise, and the targeted application of AI. Your contribution will drive shared success and make a meaningful impact.

Locations

Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, München, Stuttgart.

Primary Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic issues related to efficient and innovative HR Target Operating Models.
• Support customers during change processes by considering global HR and HR technology trends.
• Actively facilitate workshops and client meetings, prepare impactful presentations for top management, and assist companies in making strategic decisions about the future of their HR functions.
• Develop data-driven solutions using qualitative and quantitative analyses, conduct customer and expert interviews, implement modern data strategies, and utilize AI agents.
• Lead initial subprojects and assume responsibility towards clients and junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Contribute to preparing sales presentations, marketing documents, and assist in the evolution of our practice.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in consulting within the specified domains.
• Successfully completed university degree.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy development, HR process design, HR operating models, HR organization, and service delivery models.
• Analytical and interpretive skills combined with strong presentation and moderation capabilities.
• Responsibility, teamwork, project management, customer guidance, entrepreneurial mindset, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel as required and proficient communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
