Senior Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect with extensive experience in designing commercial complexes, villas, and other multi-storey buildings. This role involves creating detailed architectural plans and collaborating closely with clients to tailor residential projects to their expectations. The position requires overseeing the entire construction lifecycle, from initial concept through project completion, while ensuring all work adheres to relevant building regulations and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs for commercial and residential buildings including villas and high-rise structures.
• Engage with clients to gather and interpret their design requirements and preferences.
• Manage and supervise construction processes, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Maintain strict compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years and up to twenty-four years of professional work in architecture or related disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design focusing on commercial premises and luxury villas.
• Demonstrable history of successfully executing civil engineering projects from conception through to delivery.
