Role Overview

The Senior Analyst in Project Support is an integral part of the Global Coverage Team, providing essential operational assistance for online research projects across various regions and time zones. The role includes handling client and internal requests, troubleshooting, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with regional teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly, maintaining continuous service beyond regional business hours.

This role requires working US Central Standard Time shifts, including weekends, with two weekly days off.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
• At least two years of customer-facing experience managing complex online market research projects under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Strong motivation, accountability, and ability to achieve targets independently
• Professional and confident client communication skills, including phone calls
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new knowledge and skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous
• Reliable high-speed internet for global communication

Preferred qualifications include experience with the online market research ecosystem, programmatic sampling, survey design software like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey, relevant market research coursework or experience, and Microsoft Excel certification.
