Role Overview
We invite experienced senior administrators who thrive in dynamic environments to join Pinnacle Health in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. This full-time, fixed-term contract role covers parental leave until July 2027. The position offers an opportunity to integrate into an established team where your professional judgement and effectiveness will be immediately valued.
Key Duties
The role involves supporting various parts of the organization by facilitating key meetings, maintaining connectivity among teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. A successful candidate will quickly acclimate to the environment, foster positive work relationships, and approach tasks with a calm, professional, and forward-thinking manner.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a comparable senior administrative position.
- Skilled in minute-taking with precision and confidence.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of accuracy.
- Trustworthy handling of confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Proactive approach and sound judgment in anticipating needs and acting accordingly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and comfortable with virtual meeting platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
- Experience within the primary healthcare setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication across diverse groups.
