Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming service requests.
- Manage and record calls, logging all requests accurately.
- Schedule and dispatch security personnel via phone communication.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all call details.
- Provide ongoing support to both guards and clients.
- Complete administrative tasks as required.
- Escalate issues or concerns to managers via email promptly.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors, operations, or account management.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- Possess a Canadian high school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Hold a clear criminal record alongside a valid security license.
- Demonstrate typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
- Be fluently bilingual in French and English for speaking; advanced written English skills are mandatory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in effectively managing calls.
