Opportunity Overview
Holliday Systems Inc. is building the HSI Agile Revenue Partner Program, a part-time partnership track for experienced Agile professionals who want to contribute to client delivery, support business transformation, and create additional income. This is not a standard employment role; it is designed for execution-focused people who want to expand their impact beyond a traditional job.
The program is intended to prepare 10 founding Agile Revenue Partners to support HSI’s client work, coaching offerings, implementation projects, and future partnership opportunities.

Support Areas
As an Agile Revenue Partner, you may be involved in client onboarding, discovery sessions, Agile coaching, facilitation, business execution sessions, CRM and workflow implementation, meeting facilitation and follow-up, project tracking, accountability check-ins, documentation, SOP development, process improvement, training sessions, group coaching, business growth projects, implementation work, outreach, and client relationship support.
What You Will Learn
Selected partners will be trained on HSI’s delivery model, business execution systems, practical Agile consulting outside corporate jargon, how to support entrepreneurs and small businesses, how to translate Agile knowledge into implementation value, client communication, facilitation, CRM and automation support, revenue-focused coaching, positioning as a trusted execution partner, and ways to generate additional income through support and delivery work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest partner is someone who has worked in Scrum, Agile, project delivery, coaching, or operations; communicates professionally; follows through on commitments; is comfortable working with business owners and teams; wants to grow beyond a traditional 9-to-5 role; is interested in part-time income opportunities; and is comfortable supporting client-facing work at a high standard.
The role also suits people who value discipline, execution, systems, and transformation, and who are willing to be trained in HSI’s delivery style as part of a mission-driven business ecosystem.
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Scrum Master work, Agile coaching, project or program management, Jira/Trello/ClickUp/Asana or similar tools, GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms, business process improvement, client success or account management, training, facilitation, consulting, entrepreneurship or small business support, and military leadership or veteran transition experience.
Compensation Structure
This is a part-time partnership opportunity with potential to create additional income through HSI revenue lanes, client delivery, implementation support, coaching support, and future partner opportunities. Earnings depend on participation, performance, client opportunities, delivery capacity, and alignment with the partner program. There is no guaranteed salary, and this is not a traditional employment arrangement.
Founding Partner Advantage
The first 10 selected partners will join the founding Agile Revenue Partner group and receive early access to training, positioning, support opportunities, client delivery experience, and future partnership lanes as the program expands.
