직무 설명
Job Overview
The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding Agile ceremonies, coaching team members in Agile methodologies, and ensuring that the development workflow proceeds efficiently with minimal obstacles.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve issues that block team progress.
- Encourage and implement Agile best practices across the team.
- Assist the Product Owner in refining and managing the product backlog.
- Promote an environment of ongoing improvement and learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Have between 2 to 4 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
- Must currently reside in Qatar to be eligible for this position.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential.
- Professional Scrum Master certification.
