Role overview
An MNC is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to support learning management initiatives from implementation through ongoing maintenance. The role centers on configuring the LMS, handling integrations, producing reports, and providing support for users and business teams.
Key focus areas
- Drive end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and solution setup.
- Configure learning processes and manage system customizations as required.
- Handle LMS integrations with connected systems and ensure smooth data flow.
- Prepare and interpret reporting outputs and analytics for learning operations.
- Support learning programs, compliance training, and related business processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather needs, resolve issues, and support delivery.
Experience required
The position calls for 7 to 12 years of experience in LMS implementation, configuration, integrations, reporting, and support. Experience with learning programs, compliance training, analytics, and stakeholder coordination is preferred.
