SAP HCM Payroll Coordinator (m/w/d)

Role overview

For a client in the greater Konstanz area, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Coordinator (m/f/d) to oversee payroll-related topics within an SAP HCM environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage payroll-related matters across the SAP HCM landscape.
• Act as the link between HR, Payroll, IT, and both internal and external developers.
• Review business requirements and translate them into technical implementation tasks.
• Support SAP HCM changes, releases, and updates from planning through execution.
• Help ensure reliable payroll operations and assist with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Align with relevant departments on legal and operational requirements.
• Contribute to data migrations and system transition activities.
• Take part in projects related to SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and adjacent HR systems.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in an SAP HCM payroll environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll and compensation processing workflows.
• Proven experience coordinating between business teams and IT.
• Ability to connect and align technical as well as functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM, ideally in hybrid landscapes that include Workday.
• Well-organized, structured, and communicative working style.
• Fluency in German and good command of English.
