Salesforce CRM Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specialized in Salesforce CRM to join our team in Pune. The candidate will collaborate extensively with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Operations, and Supply Chain to gather and translate requirements aimed at enhancing manufacturing and sales processes via Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to capture and document CRM needs and workflow details.
• Analyze processes unique to manufacturing, including lead-to-order cycles, order management, forecasting, dealer or distributor management, and post-sales service activities.
• Create detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Assist in Salesforce deployments, primarily focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Support configuration tasks involving Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and report setup as necessary.
• Serve as an intermediary between business units and Salesforce technical teams including developers and architects.
• Possess a solid grasp of dealer and order management process principles.
• Hold fundamental knowledge of Salesforce administration and its platform capabilities.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing phases, manage defect tracking, and secure sign-offs.
• Promote data integrity, encourage CRM utilization, and help standardize related processes.
