Role overview
Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited is hiring a Sales Team Leader for its Kolkata branch. This position is work from home and is intended for candidates who can join immediately and are serious about the role.
Compensation
The fixed pay is INR 19,000 per month, inclusive of allowance, with additional incentives on top.
Selection process and training
The recruitment flow includes an interview followed by the IRDAI examination. Preparation support will be provided through training. The exam centre will be the nearest NSEIT centre based on the candidate's location. The interview will be conducted on Zoom, and IRDA training will also be delivered through Zoom.
The job includes on-the-job training combining practical and theory-based learning, with the practical training phase expected to last around 3 months. Performance during training will be considered.
