Overview
The role involves fulfilling sales targets and managing collections for assigned dermatology products by exploring sales opportunities within the territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting products, managing order follow-up and collections, providing customer support, and reporting on competitive activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of customer preferences, business potential, and competitor activities in the assigned territory.
- Develop sales forecasts and strategic action plans for dermatology products aligned with company objectives for supervisory approval.
- Act as AMICO's authorized representative to sell dermatology products, engaging with specialized professionals including surgeons and healthcare providers.
- Engage with target customers and market influencers to identify sales opportunities and promote assigned products.
- Participate actively in relevant marketing events, workshops, conferences, and promotional campaigns within the territory.
- Provide in-service support to customers, ensuring technical assistance and customer satisfaction with equipment installation, commissioning, usage, and maintenance.
- Prepare reports detailing action plans, customer feedback, sales achievements, potentials, and competitive analysis.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients including surgeons, nursing, and clinical staff.
- Assist doctors and staff during equipment installation and setup processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar sales role; motivated fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Skills: Proficient communication abilities in both English and Arabic, strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, and business acumen with a natural aptitude for sales.
