Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to join Sopphire Fincare Services in Bengaluru. This position involves proactive customer engagement, understanding loan product requirements, and facilitating loan applications to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to present various personal, home, and business loan products.
- Assess customer needs accurately to suggest the most appropriate loan solutions.
- Generate and validate potential leads for further follow-up.
- Maintain persistent communication with interested customers until the loan application is fully processed.
- Keep detailed and precise customer information updated within the CRM platform.
- Consistently meet or exceed predetermined daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Liaise effectively with sales and operations departments to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure exceptional service at all stages.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Open to candidates who can demonstrate strong communication and sales capabilities. Prior experience in sales or marketing, especially within financial services, will be advantageous.
Compensation Details
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 35,000 depending on experience and performance.
