About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should possess a background in science and demonstrate passion for sales, client engagement, and business expansion. This position focuses on promoting products and services, generating leads, engaging with clients, and contributing to company growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business prospects.
• Conduct client visits, delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads and successfully convert them into business deals.
• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Carry out market research and analyze competitors.
• Prepare sales documentation and maintain customer databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.
• Travel within designated regions for client meetings and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred educational background in science (such as B.Sc., M.Sc., or Science Diploma).
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-driven, focused on targets and results.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client interactions and business growth.
• Basic proficiency in computers and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary in the range of ₹20,000 to ₹40,000.
