Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate customer leads and follow up effectively to convert prospects.
• Provide detailed explanations of rooftop solar products, government subsidies, and finance schemes to potential clients.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits, and manage collection of necessary documents from customers.
• Support customers throughout the onboarding and application procedures for solar installations.
• Manage operational tasks including paperwork, updating portals, and liaising with various internal departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely daily work report updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to meet monthly sales objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication abilities paired with persuasive skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets and comfortable using smartphone applications.
• Positive mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to cooperatively work within a team setting.
• Open to fresh graduates; experience will be an advantage.
