About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients while boosting sales. The candidate should be confident, goal-driven, and have a genuine passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities and enhance sales outcomes.
- Engage with customers through visits and maintain strong client relations.
- Promote and present the company's products and services effectively.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential business prospects.
- Follow up on leads to successfully convert them into customers.
- Organize and coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor representing the company in meetings with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree, although not mandatory.
- Experience ranging from freshers with excellent communication skills up to 3 years in sales or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Confident with a positive mindset.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and smartphone usage.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally for client engagement.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is an advantage.
