About the Role
SANSOW DSA Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager in Bengaluru to lead efforts in expanding customer acquisition for banking and financial products. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth through managing networks of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), referral partners, and channel sales teams within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop, oversee, and nurture relationships with DSAs, referral partners, and channel networks.
- Identify and acquire customers for a range of financial products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Recruit, train, and inspire sales executives and partners to perform efficiently.
- Form strong partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Track sales outcomes and generate timely MIS reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and legal standards.
- Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities to grow market share.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor trends and customer preferences.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in channel sales, managing teams, and achieving targets.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
- Have thorough knowledge of loan products, banking operations, and customer acquisition strategies.
Additional Information
Salary ranges between 20,000 to 80,000 INR monthly. This role is based in Bengaluru with full-time engagement.
